Four Roswell restaurants will cook a four-course dinner on Nov. 12 to raise money for public art in the city.

The Roswell Arts Fund, the city's designated arts nonprofit since 2015, is hosting Art Around: Food at Bey Mediterranean Kitchen + Bar at Southern Post, 1035 Alpharetta St. Tickets cost $159.12, and the nonprofit says 100 percent of proceeds will support the Roswell Arts Fund.

Only 100 seats are available.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m., with dinner service starting at 7 p.m. Each of the four courses comes from a different restaurant. Tipsy Thaiger opens with a pomelo salad. Silla del Torro follows with seafood paella. Host chef Marc Mansour of Bey Mediterranean prepares the third course, a za'atar-dusted short rib with garlic mashed potatoes. Bask Steakhouse closes the meal with an orange crème caramel.

Deep Roots Wine Market and Tasting Room is providing wine pairings for each dish. Non-alcoholic beverages are also included in the ticket price.

Roswell jazz guitarist Trey Wright will perform live during the evening. Wright, a composer and educator on the music faculty at Kennesaw State University, has performed at international jazz festivals, according to the Roswell Arts Fund.

Mansour and co-owner Chaouki "C.K." Khoury, both born in Lebanon, opened Bey Mediterranean on Alpharetta Street, according to a December 2024 review in the Southern Post. The restaurant's name comes from the airport code for Beirut.

Rough Draft Atlanta first reported the event on Oct. 15. Menu substitutions cannot be accommodated, the Roswell Arts Fund noted on its event page.

Tickets are available through Freshtix. The dinner takes place Thursday, Nov. 12 at Bey Mediterranean Kitchen + Bar, 1035 Alpharetta St., Roswell.
