Five businesses are seeking liquor licenses in Roswell, with a public hearing set for Thursday, Nov. 5, at City Hall.

The Alcoholic Beverage Licensing Board (ABLB) will consider the applications at 10 a.m. in the Council Chambers, according to the board's meeting agenda. Four of the five applicants are located along Alpharetta and Atlanta streets.

Three of the requests are for new full-consumption and Sunday sales licenses. Two Cities Pizza Roswell, filed by Zachary Greves through Two Cities Pizza Roswell, LLC, lists 1025 Alpharetta St., Suite 1100, as its address. Atlanta Golf & Social - Roswell, filed by Noah Kendrick Joseph through Joseph Golf & Social, LLC, lists the same address and suite number.

The agenda does not explain the shared address.

Corner Sushi & Hibachi, the third full-consumption applicant, is filed by Run Lin through Corner Sushi & Hibachi, LLC at 1425 Market Blvd., Suite 1370. That location sits outside the Alpharetta Street corridor.

A fourth application involves an ownership change. Proper Hop Taphouse at 587 Atlanta St. is listed under the "Existing Business, New Owner" category. Dave Heymann, operating as AtlantaStTap, LLC, is seeking a craft beer and wine market license with one distilled spirit and Sunday sales.

The fifth applicant, Liquor Lab, is pursuing a different license type. Sanjay Arora, through Liquor Lab, LLC, is requesting a retail package license covering liquor, beer and wine, plus home delivery and a tasting license at 1007 Alpharetta St., Suite 230.

The three-member board consists of City Administrator Randy Knighton, Director of Community Development Michelle Alexander and Deputy Director of Finance Georgette McCray. At the board's Aug. 6 hearing, all applications on that agenda received unanimous approval, and the meeting adjourned in 14 minutes. The board's next scheduled hearing after Nov. 5 is Dec. 3, according to the city's events calendar.
