Families at Roswell High School, Centennial High School, and every other Fulton County school can now look up their child's bus route, check meal prices, and update emergency contacts in one place before the first day of classes on Monday, August 3.
Fulton County Schools relaunched its "Know Before You Go" online portal on Wednesday, July 22, consolidating 11 back-to-school items on the district's website at fultonschools.org. The portal covers everything from updated bus stops to an optional device protection plan for district-issued laptops.
"We want every family to start the school year smoothly and successfully," Superintendent Mike Looney said. "By placing key information in one location, we hope parents can spend less time searching for answers and more time helping their children have a great first day and a successful school year."
What's on the portal
Bus routes for the 2026–27 school year are live in the "Here Comes the Bus" app and the Infinite Campus Transportation portal. Families can search by address to confirm their student's stop before August 3.
Meal prices have changed. Elementary breakfast is $1.70 and lunch is $3.10. Middle and high school breakfast is $1.85 and lunch is $3.35. Students who qualify for reduced-price meals will receive both breakfast and lunch at no cost.
The district is also asking parents to log into Infinite Campus and verify emergency contact information so schools can reach a parent or guardian quickly if needed.
Other items include free access to Qustodio, a digital safety tool for monitoring screen time on district devices, and SchoolCash Online for paying fees, field trips, and club dues.
95% to Thrive
Looney's administration is again pushing its "95% to Thrive" attendance campaign, which sets a goal of every student attending at least 95 percent of school days. The district projects 85,000 students across 101 schools for the 2026–27 school year, making Fulton County Georgia's fourth-largest district.
What families should do before August 3
Families wanting school-specific details like class schedules and Open House dates should contact their child's school directly. The district said it will also post updates on its social media accounts throughout the summer.
The "Know Before You Go" portal is available at fultonschools.org under the 2026–27 Back to School Info section. First day of school: Monday, August 3.
