Red Seal Craft Studio on Alpharetta Street will host the Atlanta Humane Society for a one-day crafting pop-up on Saturday, Aug. 22, giving neighbors a chance to meet an adoptable dog and make handmade projects that benefit the no-kill shelter.
The event runs from 1 to 3 p.m. at the studio, located at 1140 Alpharetta St., Suite 400.
No reservation is needed to stop by and meet the dog or to make the $15 Paw Print Charm Keychain, a drop-in project using silicone beads and a paw print charm. Walk-ins are welcome. The studio will donate $1.50 from every keychain sold to the Atlanta Humane Society.
For those looking to stay longer, the studio's full Open Crafting menu will be available, including candle pouring, resin art, charcuterie board burning, jewelry making and chunky blankets. Prices vary by project, and $5 from each craft sold during the pop-up goes to the shelter. Reservations are required for Open Crafting sessions and can be booked through the studio's website for the Aug. 22 time slot.
Studio owner Jeanie describes Red Seal on its website as "a creative studio where people gather to make beautiful projects and spend time together." No experience is needed for any project. The studio was nominated for Best of Georgia 2026 by the Georgia Business Journal in the Art Classes & Workshops category.
The Atlanta Humane Society is a no-kill shelter serving the metro Atlanta area with sheltering, adoption, veterinary care and community outreach, according to the organization's website.
The pop-up was listed on the Roswell365 community calendar on Wednesday, Aug. 12.
